The Impulse Control Game
This educational therapeutic game is designed to help young people with ADD, ADHD and other impulse control problems. The game teaches seven specific skills that help impulsive children control their impulses, make good decisions, and avoid actions that are detrimental to themselves and others. These skills include: accepting delayed gratification, reading social cues, understanding benefits of impulse control, developing positive internal speech, improving problem solving, understanding consequences, and improving the ability to stop behavior.
