you can definitely see its effects.
Some people say that stress makes them feel like they are being

Imagine you had clay and you rolled it into a fat snake. Then you
took each end of the snake and pulled until the snake became
thinner and thinner. Eventually, it would break. That’s how it feels
sometimes when you are stressed.
